Job summary

EyeSouth Partners is seeking an experienced Facility Administrator to direct operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center under general direction from the Director of Surgical Services. Develops standards and guidelines for ambulatory services and collaborates with the Medical Director and Nurse Manager to ensure high-quality surgical services.

You will lead staff, manage budgets and HR activities, coordinate procurement, and ensure regulatory compliance, efficient patient scheduling,

Qualifications

• Ambulatory surgery operations management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Licensed, Registered Nurse required.
• BLS & ACLS Certification required.
• Strong understanding of federal/state regulations and ASC accreditation standards.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the assigned facility according to policies, protocols, orders and regulations.
• Drive efficiencies using continuous quality improvement principles.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Nurse Manager to meet regulatory standards for care.
• Oversee HR activities and manage employee relations within budgets and staffing patterns.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle for scheduling, registration, documentation, and billing.
• Lead staff meetings and participate in Governing Body meetings as applicable.
