Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Significant ASC 606 and technical revenue recognition experience.
• Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting knowledge.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and translate terms into accounting treatment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting analysis for ASC 606 revenue arrangements.
• Review contracts and determine revenue recognition treatment.
• Research complex accounting matters and develop accounting conclusions.
• Prepare and review technical accounting memoranda.
• Evaluate performance obligations, transaction price, variable consideration, and contract modifications under ASC 606.
• Provide guidance to accounting and finance teams on revenue matters.
• Support month-end and financial reporting related to revenue.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations on contractual implications.
• Assist auditors and strengthen revenue recognition policies and controls.
• Identify opportunities to scale technical accounting processes.
