Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Technical Revenue Accountant to ensure ASC 606 compliance, lead complex contract reviews, and author detailed technical memos. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Program teams to streamline accounting operations and support IPO readiness.

Ideal candidates have deep ASC 606 expertise, strong communication skills, and hands-on ERP experience (Oracle/SAP).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
3+ years of progressive technical accounting experience with ASC 606.
Experience with government contracting (FFP, CPFF, T&M, CR) is desirable.
Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience including Oracle/SAP/Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead contract reviews and document ASC 606 conclusions for revenue recognition.
Establish SSP and fair value determinations for product and service offerings.
Collaborate across Finance, Program Management, Contract Management, Legal, and Order Management.
Perform technical research and prepare accounting memos for complex deals.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage documentation requests.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation in revenue accounting.
Prepare complex journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for month-end close.
Assist in designing and testing internal controls per SOX, GAAP, and IPO readiness.
