Qualifications

• Must hold the BOHS P401 qualification; additional modules are desirable.
• Proven experience as an Asbestos Lab Analyst required.
• Understanding of UKAS and HSG guidelines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Undertake bulk analysis of ACM samples.
• Use PLM and stereomicroscopy methods.
• Participate in AIMS schemes.
• Log new samples and ensure proper storage.
• Update internal databases with analysis results.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment.
• Issue analysis result certificates to clients.
• Ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
