Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration in Riverside, CA seeks an organized Administrative Coordinator to support customers and the team. You will field calls, build rapport, and oversee Environmental Documentation for AQMD, RCRA, DTSC, OSHA, etc.

You will prepare estimates and invoices for Environmental Services, oversee certifications and training updates, create office systems and waste manifests, and help solve problems while maintaining attention to detail. We offer a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
