Job summary

Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or mechatronics with 1 year of experience; or
- Bachelors in mechanical engineering technology with 3 years of experience; or
- Bachelors plus a master's in mechanical engineering or mechatronics.
Responsibilities
- Review asbestos project notifications and amendments; assess design and construction plans for compliance.
- Perform inspections related to asbestos abatement and variance proposals.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, collect samples, and document findings.
- Provide testimony at hearings and support emergency response during asbestos incidents.
