Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to own the AS9100 Quality Management System and lead efforts to improve product quality across production and administrative processes.

The role emphasizes proactive quality leadership, on-floor engagement, and timely corrective actions to address customer complaints, internal defects and supplier issues. Strong auditing and coaching skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in engineering, quality, or related field.
• Experience with AS9100 quality systems and audits is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead corrective actions (8D, CARs, SCARs) and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead internal and external audits, including customer and registrar audits.
• Monitor quality performance and address issues in real time.
• Provide training and coaching to promote quality on the floor and in admin processes.
• Drive containment and corrective actions across departments to meet quality targets.
• Manage supplier quality performance and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Support documentation control, PPAPs, first article inspections and quality deliverables.
