Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Quality Manager to own the QMS and ensure AS9100 compliance across production and administration. The role leads internal and registrar audits, tracks quality metrics and drives corrective actions with cross‑functional teams to prevent recurrence.

The ideal candidate will perform hands‑on inspections, train staff on quality expectations, and maintain documentation to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality field.
• 3+ years of quality control and AS9100 audits.
• Hands-on quality inspection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the AS9100 Quality Management System across the organization.
• Lead internal and external audits, including customer and registrar audits.
• Monitor quality performance and address issues in real time.
• Drive corrective actions (8D, CARs, SCARs) with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide training and coaching to production staff on quality requirements.
• Ensure nonconforming material is identified, controlled and dispositioned.
