KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the QMS and drive AS9100 compliance across production and administrative processes. You will own corrective actions, conduct audits, and ensure quality standards are consistently executed on the shop floor and in admin operations.

You will balance production floor engagement with governance, risk management, and supplier performance oversight, coaching teams to improve quality and prevent defects while coordinating with cross‑functional

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field (engineering/quality/management).
• 3+ years of quality checks of parts and AS9100 experience preferred.
• Experience leading audits and corrective actions (8D, CARs, SCARs) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own and maintain the AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Lead internal and external audits, including customer and registrar audits.
• Drive corrective actions and ensure timely completion with effectiveness.
• Monitor quality performance and communicate risks to leadership.
• Provide on-the-floor training to improve quality awareness and execution.
• Ensure nonconforming material is controlled and dispositioned promptly.
