Job summary

EIS Wire and Cable is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC, compliance, and continuous-improvement within a wire and cable manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes AS9100 readiness, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with production, suppliers, and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Excel skill set, experience managing quality metrics, and a proven track record in producing actionable management reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five+ years quality experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing or supporting AS9100 QMS.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and management summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance, quality control, compliance, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Establish and maintain systems for collecting and analyzing quality data from production and suppliers.
• Lead RCA investigations and formal corrective actions; ensure effectiveness and documentation.
• Support supplier quality activities and internal audits; coach quality personnel.
