Wellhaven Home Care in Irmo, SC is seeking a dedicated PRN caregiver to support clients with daily living activities, monitor health, provide medication reminders, and offer companionship. The role requires prior caregiver experience, CPR certification, and the ability to assist with mobility.

You will work with a compassionate team that values training and recognition. Pay is up to $17.00 per hour with flexible hours and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or PCA required
• Dementia and long-term care experience a plus
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Physically able to assist with hands-on care and mobility
• Reliable, compassionate, and communicative
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a bonus

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• Follow individualized care plans and monitor client health
• Provide medication reminders and support
• Offer companionship and emotional encouragement
• Ensure safety through mobility assistance and proper transfers
• Assist with meal prep and nutritional support
• Document care accurately and report changes to the office
• Collaborate with families, healthcare teams, and staff
