Job summary

Southern Graphic Systems, LLC is seeking a part-time Artwork Process System Administrator to support a packaging artwork ecosystem (e.g., Mediabox). The role focuses on user onboarding, training, system support, workflow optimization, and delivering feature enhancements to improve collaboration across Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging, and external partners.

Hybrid with Stamford, CT / NYC / Remote alignment to team needs; you will partner with SGx onsite teams while ensuring controlled, scalable

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years in artwork management, packaging workflows, or system administration.
• Experience with Mediabox, WebCenter, DragonFly, or similar.
• Experience training users and driving adoption across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage user roles, permissions, and access across stakeholders.
• Monitor workflow performance and improve efficiency.
• Generate Monthly artwork KPI & SLA reports.
• Lead onboarding for new users across internal, external, and agency partners.
• Deliver training sessions and maintain training materials.
• Reinforce standardized workflows and drive consistent adoption.
• Troubleshoot workflow routing, approvals, asset access, and system configuration challenges.
• Resolve issues impacting artwork timelines and escalate when needed.
• Drive workflow optimization and system enhancements.
