Job summary

GALLO is seeking a Pre Press Technician in Modesto, CA. This hybrid role supports packaging artwork, ensuring legal compliance and production-readiness across brands. You will verify files, extend designs across variations, and collaborate with creative, design, and client teams using Adobe Creative Cloud.

The ideal candidate has a design/printing background, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Onsite 3 days/week with some telecommuting.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated; diverse packaging pre-press experience preferred.
• Experience with packaging pre-press design or print file prep is required.
• Ability to read technical documents and follow instructions accurately.
• Travel for onboarding, trainings, meetings up to 5% with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and proofread packaging files to ensure production readiness.
• Extend approved designs across product variations and sizes.
• Refine artwork with Adobe CC and maintain organized project files.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and client teams to meet regulatory standards.
