Job summary

SGS & Co is seeking an Artwork Process System Administrator (Part Time) to support a client’s packaging artwork ecosystem. You will manage an artwork workflow platform and drive onboarding, training, and adoption across Marketing, Regulatory, and external partners in a hybrid model.

You will lead workflow optimization, troubleshoot issues, and partner with IT and vendors to implement enhancements, ensuring end-to-end packaging workflows run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging workflows, or system administration.
• Experience with artwork/workflow platforms (e.g., Mediabox, WebCenter, DragonFly).
• Experience training users and driving adoption across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve workflow/system challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage user roles, permissions, and access across global and regional stakeholders.
• Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
• Lead onboarding for new users and deliver role-based training sessions.
• Analyze current workflows and drive standardization and simplification initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technology partners to align system use with business needs.
