Job summary

Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts seeks a School of the Arts Supervisor to support daily SOA operations for classes and camps. The role involves coordinating inquiries, registrations, payments, and data entry while maintaining a welcoming environment for participants.

The position requires supervising staff, scheduling, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful program execution and adherence to SOA protocols. Evening/weekend shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years’ administrative/operational experience in an education setting.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with supervising staff and coordinating classes/camps is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about SOA programs and initiatives.
• Register students into classes and camps; process forms and payments.
• Prepare class/camp rosters, handouts, and enrollment data for reporting.
• Oversee daily operations, greet participants, and ensure safety protocols.
• Coordinate meetings, train and supervise greeters and aids.
• Act as manager on duty when the SOA Manager is absent.
• Develop guides for camp logistics and staffing.
