Responsibilities

• Attend pre-show meetings and relay shift details to staff and volunteers.
• Greet guests, provide information, and answer inquiries.
• Resolve guest concerns or escalate to management when needed.
• Monitor safety, oversee crowd flow, and follow safety procedures.
• Lead and supervise Volunteers and Guest Service Representatives.
• Maintain theater and lobby cleanliness before/after events.
• Complete training on Life Safety, ADA, and crowd management.
