Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR-related transactions and maintain personnel documentation.
• Manage academic personnel actions including tenure reviews and sabbatical coordination.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding and session faculty staffing.
• Supervise staff and student workers, provide training and performance evaluations.
• Support financial operations including payroll, purchasing, and budget monitoring.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures; ensure compliance with university policies.
