Responsibilities

• Assisting the Managing and Artistic Directors and MCYO staff with planning and preparation for events, rehearsals, auditions, and related activities.
• Identify, reserve, and prepare spaces for auditions, performances, and rehearsals in coordination with Operations.
• Stage manage performances, dress rehearsals, and other events.
• Liaise with performance partners and a professional backstage crew.
• Prepare warm-up schedules, concert essentials, and production sheets.
• Coordinate back-of-house volunteers and ensure proper staffing for events.
• Oversee recording, videography, and technology project logistics for MCYO.
• Collect and format excerpts and sight-reading for each ensemble.
