The ideal candidate will have a background in stage management, be proactive in problem-solving, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. A competitive compensation package includes a salary up to $45,000 and ample benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in stage management or technical direction preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform load-in/load-out tasks.
• Valid driver's license and comfort with a 26' medium-duty truck.

Responsibilities

• Support all production elements for various events.
• Create and maintain production timelines and technical documentation.
• Serve as the primary liaison for venue technical staff.
