Responsibilities

• Assisting the Managing and Artistic Directors with planning and preparation for events on and off Strathmore campus.
• Identify, reserve, and prepare spaces for auditions, performances, and rehearsals.
• Stage manage performances and rehearsals; liaise with backstage crew.
• Coordinate logistics with performance partners and a professional crew.
• Prepare materials for warm-up schedules, concert essentials, and production sheets.
• Manage audition enrollment and online registration; oversee yearly audition schedule.
