Job summary

Lansing Community College is seeking a part-time Media & Art Resources Technician to support Art, Music, Digital Media and Photography classes on campus. You will manage the checkout system, assist with lab equipment, and maintain printers while delivering excellent customer service.

The role is up to 28 hours per week, with on-campus presence required and a background check as part of the employment process. Preference for candidates with lab/educational environment experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Significant work experience in a customer service environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Macintosh products.

Responsibilities

• Provide lab assistance and equipment circulation in Art, Music, Digital Media and Photography classes.
• Manage the checkout system and maintain printers; provide customer support at the checkout window.
