Job summary

NKU School of the Arts is seeking an experienced Manager of SOTA Events & Operations to provide strategic leadership and hands-on oversight for planning, coordinating and executing events across theatre, music and visual arts. This role drives professional, high-quality experiences for audiences, students and partners.

The Events Manager will coordinate with program heads, faculty and campus services, supervise the SOTA Events Team, and ensure scheduling, budgeting and compliance across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in arts administration, event management, theatre, music, visual arts, communications, or a related field; plus 4 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SOTA’s annual events calendar across Theatre & Dance, Music, and Art & Design.
• Coordinate with program heads, directors, faculty, staff, production teams and campus partners to plan event requirements, schedules and logistics.
• Lead SOTA Events Team meetings and ensure events meet academic calendars, safety and accessibility standards.
