Kentucky Arts Council in Frankfort, KY, seeks an Arts Program Administrator for an 18A, 37.5 hr/wk executive-branch, full-time role with salary of $3,960.94 monthly. The incumbent will manage grant programs, develop arts education models, and coordinate workshops and trainings for teaching artists.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Three years of experience in administration of arts organizations or public arts involvement.
Graduate study substitutes allowed on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

Manage grant, award, and adjudicated programs such as Teaching Art Together and Arts Miles.
Research, develop, and present arts education models and best practices.
Develop workshops, webinars, and orientations for teaching artists.
Represent the Kentucky Arts Council with agencies, schools, libraries, and arts groups.
Collaborate with other staff across disciplines as part of a team.
Promote KAC programs and grant services.
