Qualifications

• Four years of professional budget/financial analysis experience.

• Masters can substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budgeted to actual expenses for all agency units and fund types.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual expenditure reports.
• Analyze and reconcile monthly revenue transfers and reports.
• Assist with federal grants budget activity and reporting.
• Process payments in eMars and manage contracts payments.
• Serve as Fleet Management Coordinator and perform other duties.
