Job summary

You will manage operations, budgets, archives, and mail, support faculty and Chairs, coordinate events, and serve as the front-line contact for students, families, and guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and four years administrative office support experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong customer service.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, supplies, archives and mail distribution.
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and payments.
• Support faculty and Chairs with planning, meetings, and annual program reviews.
• Provide reception services and communicate with students, families, and visitors.
• Coordinate events and collaborate with other SU offices.
• Attend meetings and record minutes.
