Job summary

ClearWater Arts Center and Studios & Ceramics Center in Concord seeks an administrative and operational support specialist to keep daily activities running smoothly. You will assist customers with registrations, reservations, and front desk inquiries, and help with facility setup and event support.

You will manage rosters, track participation, assist in loading kilns, move ceramic pieces, and help maintain supply areas while delivering engaging gallery tours to visitors and supporting

Qualifications

• Experience handling program registrations and facility reservations.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage equipment setup and cleanup.
• Knowledge of safety practices and basic first aid.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with registration for programs and facility reservations.
• Monitor participant groups and record rosters for reporting.
• Greet participants and direct them to classrooms; answer phones and address concerns.
• Assist in facility setup, maintenance and cleanup.
• Support special events planning and breakdown.
• Process registrations and handle frontline transactions with accuracy.
• Deliver engaging public gallery tours to visitors.
• Assist with loading/unloading kilns and moving ceramic pieces.
• Distribute clay, track materials, and manage towels and supplies.
• Maintain supply checklists and organize storage areas.
