Job summary

AKA NYC is seeking an experienced Client Services Account Supervisor for Arts & Attractions. You will lead daily client engagement, guide cross‑disciplinary teams, and shape campaigns across creative, paid media, digital, and partnerships.

Based in NYC or LA, this role requires 4–6 years in account management or related fields, a deep passion for arts and culture, and strong communication skills to drive strategic decisions and client satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in account management, advertising, marketing, or related field.
• Experience managing client relationships and integrated campaigns.
• Familiar with arts, culture, attractions, or entertainment sectors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients.
• Lead meetings, guide conversations, and steer decisions.
• Translate client ambitions into clear strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure cohesive audience strategy.
• Explain how paid social, search, programmatic, video, and print work together.
• Collaborate with BI, Ticketing, Media, and Strategy teams to analyze data.
• Own timelines, budgets, scopes, and approvals for accounts.
• Mentor junior team members and provide growth opportunities.
