Chewy is seeking a proactive Engagement Coordinator to support our customer engagement programs. You will manage a network of contracted 1099 artists, ensure timely submissions, and uphold quality standards to delight pet parents with personalized experiences.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, curate thoughtful gifts and custom card messages, and handle customer data securely. This role emphasizes creativity, attention to detail, and operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate office equipment and log requests using Oracle and internal tools.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer data securely.
