Job summary

Merch Traffic, part of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking an E-commerce Coordinator to support day-to-day operations for artist stores. You will help manage product setups, pricing, imagery, and stock across multiple stores in our portfolio.

You will liaise with vendors and warehouses, assist with inventory and order-related issues, and support launches and ongoing store maintenance. A strong focus on organization and detail will be key to success in this fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of e-commerce, digital retail, merchandising or related experience.
• Shopify experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to E-Commerce Managers across the company’s portfolio of artist stores.
• Coordinate product set-ups and ensure product information, pricing, imagery, inventory and other required details are accurate and complete.
• Liaise with vendors, tour representatives, labels and partner warehouses to support the accurate and timely receipt and set-up of merchandise.
• Support inventory reviews, purchasing requests, stock reconciliation and merchandise transfers between warehouses, tours and other locations.
• Assist with order-related issues and coordinate with fulfillment and customer service partners as needed.
• Help identify, track and follow up on outstanding operational needs to keep launches and day-to-day store activity moving forward.
• Support the broader e-commerce team during high-volume launches, holiday periods and other key initiatives.
