Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, Timeline Management division, seeks a Day-to-Day Manager to support the artist's vision and career goals. You will handle day-to-day operations, communications, scheduling, and campaign coordination while serving as a trusted contact for the artist and partners.

You will also support travel logistics, budgets, and social media, while aiding the broader management team across multiple clients and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of artist management experience.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Professionalism is a MUST.
• Punctual, proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of artist campaigns, including global release schedules, promotions, social media, press, marketing and touring.
• Act as central point of contact for external partners: labels, publishers, agents, lawyers and business managers.
• Prioritize information flow, escalate key items to the artist manager, ensure timely follow-up.
• Provide operational support to the broader management team across additional clients and projects.
• Manage travel logistics: flights, accommodations, itineraries, visas, schedule changes.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of budgets and track expenses related to artist activities.
• Support artist social media activities: scheduling, coordination, and content management.
