Job summary

AEG is seeking an Artist Hospitality Coordinator to manage all hospitality needs for artists and crew. The role includes meal planning, coordinating travel to venues, and ensuring dressing rooms are clean and stocked.

You will work closely with artist management to meet dietary and rider requirements. The position requires experience in hospitality within the music or live events industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Existing relationships with agents, managers and touring personnel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting requests.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of music industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create day-of-event meal plans for artists and crew and coordinate approvals.
• Prepare and serve meals at the venue and assist with cleanup.
• Ensure dressing rooms are set up, stocked, clean and rider requirements met.
• Review artist contracts and develop day-of-event itineraries.
• Coordinate tasks with the artist’s assistant and run errands as needed.
• May assist with other projects as needed.
