Job summary

City Winery in Pittsburgh is seeking a Concert Coordinator to manage artist hospitality and serve as a City Winery brand ambassador on show days. You will collaborate with venue operations and artist management to anticipate needs and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming green room, coordinating merchandise and settlements, supporting meet & greets and VIP programs, and handling special requests with discretion and speed in a fast-paced live venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with event logistics and management.

Responsibilities

• Create a hospitable, welcoming environment for all artists.
• Present a clean & presentable green room, stock basic materials and conduct routine maintenance.
• Handle artist details including settlements with discretion and accuracy on show night.
• Coordinate artist merchandise setup and settlement.
• Assist with meet and greets and VIP programs night of show.
• Handle hospitality needs and artist relationships before and during a stay.
• Facilitate hospitality needs, including tickets and service arrangements.
• Maintain a positive artist experience and professionalism in a loud venue.
