Job summary

In this fast-paced role you will greet guests, take orders, prepare and serve wine, beer and cocktails, handle payments, upsell promotions, and support floor service.

Candidates should have 2+ years of bartending experience, strong guest-service skills, English fluency, and the ability to work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Strong guest service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Fluency in English with basic math and POS handling ability.
• Knowledge of wine, beer and spirits; ability to upsell selections.
• Must be a reliable team player with flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive guest experiences from greeting to departure.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, process transactions.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to standard.
• Upsell, drive promotions and events, promote the City Winery brand.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, inventory and supplies; follow safety rules.
• Attend trainings and follow company policies; work a flexible schedule.
