Qualifications

• 2+ years prior experience in a concierge, box office, or customer service role in a hospitality setting
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality guest experiences
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Correspond with guests in person, phone, and email
• Manage in-person, online, and phone ticket sales
• Handle all retail merchandise transactions, organization, sales, inventory, ordering needs, and upkeep
• Maximize ticket sales and retail merchandise sales
• Support box office staff duties including setup and breakdown
• Assist guests with seat changes and comps
• Handle troubleshooting with guests on ticketing purchases
• Close out and reconcile box office transactions
• Arrange special care of VIPs, Investors, or other guests
• Maintain a Concierge booth and cash drawer
• Attend training, tastings, meetings as needed
• Maintain knowledge of City Winery brand, history, culture, and programming
• Other duties as per business needs
