Desert Diamond Casino West Valley is seeking a Pastry Cook to support our pastry team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Under the Pastry Sous Chef, you will prep and cook pastry items, follow standardized recipes, maintain clean stations, and collaborate across Food & Beverage venues while upholding TOGE health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred and two years of recent pastry/baker experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass pre-employment screens and obtain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of pastry foods according to menu and demand.
• Learn and apply knife skills, baking techniques, and terminology.
• Follow standardized recipes for all pastry items across venues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized work areas and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with Pastry Chefs and team members.
