Job summary

Eataly North America is hiring a Line Cook for our Los Angeles area location. The role focuses on transforming high-quality ingredients into authentic Italian dishes within our bustling open kitchen and maintaining consistency with recipes and plating standards.

We value at least 2 years in food preparation, strong knife skills, and a culinary arts background. Availability to work onsite with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a food preparation role.
• Good knife skills and dexterity with small tools.
• Degree from a culinary arts training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transform high‑quality ingredients into authentic Italian dishes in a high-volume kitchen.
• Prepare, cook and plate menu items following recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain proper holding temperatures and dish presentation.
• Operate in compliance with health regulations and department procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
