Job summary

Eataly, the world's largest artisanal Italian food marketplace, is seeking a Line Cook to transform unique ingredients into authentic Italian dishes. You will report directly to the Sous Chef Manager or Chef de Cuisine in an exciting high-volume environment.

The position requires at least 2 years of food preparation experience, good knife skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a food preparation position or similar.
• Good knife skills and finger dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items in a high-volume kitchen.
