Qualifikationen

• Essential Functions include preparing items per recipes and requests
• Able to work various hours including weekends
• Safely use and operate all kitchen tools and equipment including knives
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken directions
• Ability to multi-task calmly in a busy environment
• Able to move/lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts

• Follow portioning controls and par levels
• Maintain food safety and quality standards
• Read thermometer accurately
• Communicate delays or issues to Coordinator
• Monitor item counts and notify when quantities fall below minimums
• Account for all items exiting the station
• Follow allergy procedures and special orders
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
• Adhere to employment policies and be a team player
• Other duties as assigned
