Qualifications

• Experience as pizza maker or line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Familiarity with traditional dough handling and stretching techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to food quality and consistency.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stretch pizza dough to order using proper techniques.
• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings consistently and according to menu specifications.
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cooking temperatures and times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary pizza station throughout the shift.
• Assist with daily prep work including dough production, sauce preparation, and ingredient portioning.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
