Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. We craft in-house dough and bake pizzas in a 500-degree rotating stone oven; candidates should have knowledge of pizza making and a passion for excellent pizza.

Ideal candidates are industry professionals who are driven and motivated to learn more, with hands-on experience in dough handling and pizza assembly.

Qualifications

• Experience with pizza making preferred.

Responsabilités

• Make pizzas by hand and top with ingredients.
• Bake pizzas in a 500-degree rotating stone oven.
• Prepare dough and proof for 24 to 48 hours.

We are looking to add a Pizza Chef to our staff! We make our dough in house and it is rolled and set to proof for 24 to 48 hours. Our pizza's are hand stretched and placed on a wood peel in the front of our open kitchen. Our Pizza Chefs then top the pizza and place them to bake in our 500 degree rotating stone oven.
