Aman’s Amangiri pastry team seeks a Pastry Cook to craft breads, pastries, cakes, ice creams and other delights for dining room, events and banquets. Join a ultra-luxury environment with a dedicated team and Aman’s renowned hospitality culture.

Ideal candidates hold a culinary degree or have 2+ years pastry experience, with strong organization, multitasking and teamwork skills. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or 2+ years pastry experience.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce breads, pastries, and all pastry items with quality and consistency.
• Ensure timely production to meet demand and maintain production sheets.
• Monitor stock and manage ingredients to minimize waste and control costs.
• Adhere to sanitation, hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
