• 14+ months retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, platters, and merchandises products (beef, pork, lamb, veal, poultry).
• Prepares specialty meat merchandise (sausage, oven ready products, cured meats).
• Checks product against quality standards and maintains a sampling program.
• Monitors spoilage, supports Meat Cutter Trainee(s).
• Provides courteous customer service and supports suggestive selling.
