Responsibilities

• Cut, platter, and merchandise meat products (beef, pork, lamb, veal, poultry).
• Prepare specialty meat merchandise (sausage, oven-ready, cured meats).
• Check product quality according to WFM standards.
• Maintain sampling program and monitor spoilage.
• Mentor Meat Cutter Trainee(s) and support training.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and respond to customer needs.
