Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking a Doughnut Maker to join our production team in Louisville, KY. You will craft doughnut products from the brand's traditional recipe, manage weighing, glazing, and fillings, and help ensure quality and freshness for every batch.

Ideal candidates have basic food-handling experience, good communication, and a flexible schedule to cover all shifts. Training provided; safety and sanitation are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in food handling and safety.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Open availability and flexibility to work any shift
• Ability to understand weights and measurements.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture where peeps are empowered to showcase originality.
• Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards.
• Travel 0-10%
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production - brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings.
• Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mixing, and frying doughnuts
• Record keeping (times and temperatures) of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain sanitation standards within production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment.
