Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Doughnut Maker to join our production team. You will help prepare the dough, brew the yeast, glaze and fill doughnuts, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the production area in line with Krispy Kreme standards.

This role requires at least two years of food-handling experience, the ability to work any shift, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a job involving food handling and safety.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Open availability and flexibility is a must - ability to work any shift

Responsibilities

• Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production - brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings.
• Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mixing, and frying doughnuts
• Record keeping (times and temperatures) of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain sanitation standards within production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment.
