Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is looking for a Doughnut Maker to join our shop production team in the United States. You will prepare dough, glaze, fillings, and icings, and ensure products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards.

You will weigh ingredients, monitor times and temperatures, and maintain sanitation to support freshness and smooth equipment operation. This role requires flexibility across shifts and a commitment to food safety.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a job involving food handling and safety.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Open availability and flexibility is a must - ability to work any shift.
• Ability to understand weights and measurements.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture and professional appearance.
• Travel requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all ingredients for doughnut production - brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings.
• Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mixing, and frying doughnuts.
• Record keeping (times and temperatures) of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain sanitation standards within production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment.
