Job summary

Ghyslain Chocolatier Inc in Union City, Indiana, seeks an Assistant to the Head Chocolatier to support production of Artisan Center chocolate lines, maintain inventory of finished goods and raw materials, and ensure product quality meets company standards.

Responsibilities include following cGMP and HACCP guidelines, packaging, labeling, and storing chocolates, assisting with molds, and helping the team meet weekly production goals while documenting batch tracking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Standing, bending, kneeling; lift up to 50 lbs; clean uniform and hair restraint.
• Gloves to be worn with Ready to Eat foods.

Responsibilities

• Assist production of chocolates and maintain inventory par levels.
• Package, label, and store chocolates per guidelines.
• Maintain chocolate molds and clean/sanitize equipment.
• Work with team to meet weekly production goals and document Batch Tracking.
• Ensure health/safety compliance (cGMP/HACCP) and proper waste log usage.
