Ghyslain Chocolatier Inc in Union City, Indiana, is seeking a Seasonal Chocolate Packaging Associate who is passionate about chocolate and quality presentation. You will stock and stage packing materials, inspect for quality, and pack chocolates into boxes with ribbons, while maintaining clean workstations.

This on-site position requires standing for 8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and overtime during peak season (mid-October through December 23).

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for full shifts and perform repetitive packing tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and handling boxed chocolates safely.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak season as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock and stage packing materials and labels for order fulfillment.
• Wash hands and utilize gloves with finished chocolates.
• Prepare tables by cleaning and sanitizing prior to each order.
• Prepare rolling cart with chocolates needed for order fulfilment.
• Select, inspect for quality, and pack chocolate in cups and place in box.
• Enclose Ghyslain Guide to Chocolates, select ribbon/tag and close the box.
• Pack orders into shipping containers.
• Breakdown boxes/trash and take to the dumpster at end of day.
• Prepare tables for the next day’s production.

Join the Team at Ghyslain Chocolatier! We are looking for someone who is passionate about chocolate to fill our Seasonal Chocolate Packaging Associate position. Ghyslain Chocolatier is privately owned and operated Artisan Center and Boutique in Union City, Indiana.

• Stock and stage packing materials and labels for order fulfillment.
• Wash hands and utilize gloves with finished chocolates.
• Prepare tables by cleaning and sanitizing prior to each order.
• Prepare rolling cart with chocolates needed for order fulfilment.
• Select, inspect for quality, and pack chocolate in chocolate cups and place in box according to company standard.
• Enclose Ghyslain Guide to Chocolates, select requested ribbon/tag and close the box.
• Pack orders into shipping containers.
• Breakdown any boxes/trash and take to the dumpster at end of day
• Prepare tables for the next day’s production.

Requirements:

• Able to stand for 8 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Available for overtime as needed.

Monday – Friday

• Our peak season typically is from Mid-October through December 23
