Responsibilities

Greet customers entering the Chocolate Artisan Center.
Educate customers on products, make recommendations, and finalize sales.
Review and organize orders based on delivery/shipment schedule to prioritize packaging invoices for the day.
Prioritize web orders to meet delivery schedules.
Inspect chocolates for quality prior to packaging and review non-conforming batches with GM, Sales & Support.
Box retail chocolates in signature or seasonal boxes, with labels.
Box wholesale orders in bulk chocolate boxes according to orders.
Notify Sales Coordinator of invoice changes, shortages, and issues with customers.
Organize and maintain inventory of packaging supplies and POS packaging.
Maintain packaging room cleanliness and sanitation.
