Job summary

Paris Baguette in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking Cake Team Members who are masters of their craft, dedicated to the quality and beauty of cakes, pastries and desserts, and who take pride in decorating and producing confections to bring smiles to guests!

You will be responsible for scaling, decorating and producing all Desserts, Pastries and Cakes, maintaining sanitation, learning new techniques, and ensuring displays are presentable for customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication to coordinate with staff.
• Experience with decorating or confectionery production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scale, decorate and produce desserts, pastries and cakes.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the work station.
• Learn and demonstrate new techniques to teammates.
• Ensure cake displays are appealing for customers.
• Receive and store food in designated containers and storage areas.
• Inform supervisor when equipment is not working or supplies run low.
